Knock, Knock! Who's There?
Week 11 Update
Hi there, it's me again. Can you believe we are over half way done with the semester? It's the time for everyone to really start to think about the projects we have been putting off, and to hold off on day dreaming about winter break (unless you are going on Dr. Wilson's study abroad trip!).
Just like everyone else, I have been busy busy busy. In the past few weeks, I have attended P.A.S.S. meetings (be on the look out for next semester events!), visited my sister at her university's family day, carved pumpkins, competed in numerous tournaments in Cincinnati and Dayton, and stayed on top of homework! All while going to class and working. It might not be time to start day dreaming about winter break, but I am looking forward to it!
For those who are keeping up with all the projects I am working on you will be happy to hear I have finished revamping the alumni database! 579 alumni now have updated information, and the redesign is proving to much more user friendly. I am also nearing the end of entering data for the Assisted Outpatient Research project that I am working on with Dr. McDonald, Dr. Misis, and Professor Lee. This process started back in May, so it's exciting to near completion and get ready for the next step. I have been able to assist Dr. Osam and Dr. Wilson in their ongoing research. I'm grateful for all the time I am able to dedicate to research, and the work I am able to do as the GA.
It's a short update this week, but I wanted to make sure everyone had the time to review the collection of Halloween themed jokes I gathered. Continue scrolling to check them out.
