Week 15 Course Review

It is week 15 of the potentially the longest semester that has ever been. There has been so much that has happened in such a short period of time that it feels like spring classes should have been over weeks ago. Fortunately, my classes and professors have been great. The coursework and discussions have been interesting and thought-provoking, and the professors are extremely supportive and accommodating to any challenges we may be having. As we finish up the semester, I wanted to give a quick review of my classes. If you haven't taken these courses yet, it may be helpful to know what you will getting into.

Course Review

If you don't know, I am enrolled in 3 courses this semester. Two of them are core classes and the third being specific to my track. Organization Theory and Behavior has been extremely relevant to my work than I could've expected. Every assignment is somehow based on incorporating the week's topic into our position of employment, outside organization, or general life experience. This has been a great way to fully comprehend our topics and apply real-world applications to our learning. Through discussion boards, we are able to see the many different experiences these lessons can apply to. Research Methods has been a great class as well. Typically, a research class is challenging and a difficult subject. Dr. Osam has done a fantastic job of giving clear and elaborate explanations of the material, and working with students on an individual level to make sure we are on the same page. The projects in this class have also focused on our individual interests. Making this class informative and interesting in every way possible. Terrorism is my only track-specific class this semester. This course is online and based on learning through discussion boards. All discussions are developed through set articles or documentaries. We have looked at many different perspectives, organizations and policies. This has been a very informative and thought-provoking class.
