Final Semester
Final Semester
It's my final semester at NKU. Wow. I have spent the last 6 years, 4 years of undergrad and 2 years of grad school, on this campus and being a Norse. There has not been a moment that I have regretted my decision to attend NKU or to continue my education through the MPA program. Obviously the past year has been a little different than my first 5 years. My reflections have brought about a list of the things I miss from being on campus. Playing off the Norse Nine that keeps our campus safe during this time, here are my Norse Nine things I miss:
- Getting smoothies from Einstein Bros while studying in Steely Library
- Having lunch on the roof top patio of the Health Innovation building on sunny days
- Interacting with faculty just by walking down the hallways
- Being able to talk to other students in class before and after class
- Attending the MPA Fall Reception and Spring Banquet
- Grabbing a grilled cheese panni at Fresh Fusion
- Completing my GA responsibilities in the office
- Running into friends that I have made during my time at NKU
- Being blown away by the campus wind (and the overall great campus environment)
